We take this community very seriously, we want it to remain a place for people to meet, interact and converse with others of similar and different beliefs. The following is based on commonly asked questions from other ning sites and we thought it would be a good resourse for the members.

1. If you visit someones page and do not agree with the way they think, do not revisit their page. If there is something about their page that violates the terms or the law contact us about the issue.

2. We are not here to handle your arguments. If you find yourself in a disagreement with someone quit conversing with them. If they harass you personally, either on your profile or through private messages, contact us.

If a situation arises where the administrators become involved to mediate then our desision is final. If any members involved try to revive the situation, either by posting blogs, comments, or any other type of posting (including on the chat board), they will be banned. If neccesary a notice will be posted on The Witches Library about the situation.

3. This website is open to public view. So remember that the network has certain guidelines and policies that the community must abide by in order to remain public.

4. Being a public community there have strick rules about nudity. Please use you better judgement when it comes to the terms: explicite, lewd, or pornographic. If you don't know if it fall under those terms don't post it.

5. Plagiarism: Please give credit where credit is due. Do not take the credit for work that is not yours. Please cite your work.

6. The Witches Library is not a dating service. So please refrain from openly posting your desire to find a mate in the forum and discussions.

7. Please do not abuse the Mass Messaging feature. In other words no spamming.

8. If you have you own ning community, please do not use ours to gain members for your own community. You are welcome to place a link on your page or post an announcement about your community in the announcements. Do not use the mass messaging feature for that purpose.

9. If you decide to leave the community feel free to let your friends know how you can be contacted. If you publicly announce your departure please make note that you have 24 hours to remove your profile. If you do not remove it we will remove it for you.

10. We only have one option when removing a member from the community, 'Ban Member'. If you are banned, for any reason, on the re-entry screen there is a link to contact the administrators. This give you the option to deliberate with us about your violation and we can come to some sort of resolution.

11. We hope to have many groups on The Withces Library and you can have your group set as public, meaning it can be viewed by the public or set as a private group. Ning has implemented new rules about adult oriented content. Please review their rules and definitions.

12. All the groups can be set for members to apply for a membership or by invitation only.

13. If you happen to be on another members page and you fell it violates our terms and conditions, contact us. We will not reply to you directly so please do not think that the situations is not being taken care of. Please do not address the member who you feel is in violation, that may cause undue problems.

14. Sex offenders are not permitted to becomse members of this community. One reason being that all ages are accepted. If you have information reguarding a sex offender being listed as a member please contact us immediately.

15. Do not engage in any illegal or unlawfull activities. No further explanations is needed. If you have any questions please follow the Terms link, found at the bottom of every page.

16. This is a No DRAMA Zone.
